Verified Talent Pool
The Verified Talent Pool gives companies consent-based access to top-performing robotics engineers discovered through Nepher's competitions — people with demonstrated, evaluated results, not just resumes.

Access Is Requested, Then Approved
Talent profiles are not shown to every visitor of the Talent Pool page.
- A company submits a talent-pool access request (from the Talent Pool page or Contact).
- A Nepher admin approves or rejects the request.
- Only after approval does the Talent Pool page list consenting talent.

Consent Comes First
No individual appears in the pool by default. Every person controls visibility through Opportunities & consent:
- Visible to Verified Talent Pool — appear in the pool (name at minimum)
- Open to opportunities — also share preferred work types and optional Profile contacts
Where Talent Signal Comes From
A person's profile can be backed by performance across the platform:

What You See (When Approved)
For people who opted into the pool:
- Display name (always when visible)
- Achievement badges when their public skill profile / badge signal is enabled
- Preferred work types and optional contacts only when they also enabled Open to opportunities
Companies do not get private submission data, unpublished agents, or information the individual has not made visible.

- Request access at https://nepher.ai/enterprise/talent-pool.
- Wait for Nepher admin approval.
- Browse consenting talent on the Talent Pool page.
- Reach out using only the contacts individuals chose to share.
