Opportunities & Consent

Every individual on Nepher — miners, hackathon participants, and creators — controls what enterprises can see. Nothing is shared with companies by default.

Manage your settings at https://nepher.ai/account/opportunities. Optional contact channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, website, Discord, X) are edited on your Profile.

Consent Settings

Visible to Verified Talent Pool	Whether you appear at all in the Verified Talent Pool for companies with approved access
Open to opportunities	Whether approved companies can see your contact details and preferred work types (in addition to your name)
Public skill profile	Whether your skill summary and badges are emphasized on your public profile surfaces
Preferred work types	Full-time, contract, consulting, research, deployment support, or other — shared only when opportunities are open

There is no separate “open to company contact” switch. Contact details follow Open to opportunities once you are visible in the pool.

Companies never receive private submission data, unpublished agents, or anything you have not opted to share.

When you enable talent visibility, the intent is:

By turning on Visible to Verified Talent Pool, you allow companies with approved Verified Talent Pool access to see your display name (and, if Open to opportunities is also on, preferred work types and the optional contacts on your Profile). You can change or revoke these settings at any time; doing so removes you from future searches immediately.

Nepher does not sell or share your data outside of what you have explicitly consented to show.

Changing Your Settings

Update any setting at any time from Opportunities. Changes take effect immediately.
