Enterprise Overview

Nepher Enterprise is how companies engage with the Nepher Robotics platform — sponsoring competitions, discovering simulation-verified talent, and validating robot policies before deployment. It sits on top of the same Tournaments, Hackathons, and SimStore infrastructure the open community already uses.

The product flow is simple:

  1. You define the policy
  2. Nepher validates it with a simulation competition
  3. You hire top talent

Two Pillars

Nepher Enterprise is organized around two pillars. Most engagements fall clearly into one, though sponsorship and verification often support both.

Companies Sponsor & Collaborate — Nepher Operates

Enterprises sponsor and collaborate; Nepher Robotics operates. A company can fund a custom tournament, propose a hackathon theme, or request policy validation — but Nepher's team designs the task, runs the competition or evaluation on our existing infrastructure (task repos, EnvHub scenes, eval-nav scoring, validator network), and delivers the results.

Companies do not get self-serve tools to create or administer tournaments. Every engagement starts from Contact. See How engagement works.

This keeps every sponsored engagement consistent with the same rigor, judging, and open publication standards as community-run competitions. Details: Sponsored Tournaments and Sponsored Hackathons.

Nepher never exposes miner or hackathon participant data to companies without explicit consent. Individuals control visibility from Opportunities — whether they appear in the Verified Talent Pool at all, and whether approved companies can see contacts and preferred work types. Opting in is always the individual's choice. See Opportunities & consent.

Talent pool browsing itself requires a company access request that a Nepher admin approves.

Nepher Verified — Know the Scope

Nepher Verified is a certification that a policy passed a defined evaluation scope — specific tasks, environments, and metrics. It is a strong signal of demonstrated performance, but it is scoped:

Nepher Verified means the policy passed the stated Nepher evaluation scope. It does not guarantee safety or performance in every real-world condition.

Read the full scope, limitations, and application process on the Nepher Verified page before relying on a verification for deployment decisions.
