How Engagement Works
Nepher Enterprise is request-driven. Companies do not get a self-serve console to create tournaments, edit tasks, or run evaluations. You describe what you need; Nepher's team scopes and operates the engagement on the same infrastructure used by the open community.

Contact Is the Entry Point
Every company engagement starts as a contact request:
- Open Contact (interest can be prefilled from marketing CTAs).
- Choose how you want Nepher to reply:
- Website — requires sign-in. Replies appear under My requests.
- Email — no account required. Replies go to the company email you provide.
- Nepher reviews the request and responds through the channel you chose (admins can still override the channel when sending a reply).
Signed-in users can always reopen past website-channel threads from My requests.
Companies Sponsor — Nepher Operates
Enterprises fund and help define the problem. Nepher designs the task, runs the competition or evaluation (task repos, EnvHub scenes, eval-nav, validator network), and delivers results.
There is no self-serve tournament or hackathon creator for companies. That keeps sponsored work on the same evaluation standard as community Tournaments and Hackathons. See Sponsored Tournaments and Sponsored Hackathons.
Talent Pool Access
Access to the Verified Talent Pool is gated:
- A company requests access from the Talent Pool page or via Contact (
verified_talent_poolinterest). - A Nepher admin approves or rejects the request (admin: Talent pool access).
- Only after approval does the Talent Pool page show consenting talent profiles.
Individuals control what appears via Opportunities & consent on their Nepher Account.
